Preparation of your order

Olfia prepares your order within a maximum of 24 working hours and hands it over to the carrier. At this time, you will receive an shipping confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your order live.

The delivery time varies depending on the chosen delivery method and the geographical area to which the package is sent. In case of delivery delay, we invite you to contact the chosen carrier, with your tracking number. Do not hesitate to also inform us by email at serviceclient.olfia@outlook.fr.

Receipt & Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your order!

If you wish to proceed with an exchange or a refund, you have a period of 14 days to return your items to us. To do this, we invite you to contact us at serviceclient.olfia@outlook.fr before taking any action. Please provide us with your name and order number so that we can help you best.

We will then give you all the return instructions. In case of an exchange, the delivery costs are shared between Olfia and yourself. In case of a refund, the costs are at your expense.

Please note that the jewelry must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging.
